Talent AI Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how I8IS Inc. (“I8IS”, “we”, “us”) handles information when authorized recruiters use the Talent AI Chrome extension and recruiting workspace.

What Talent AI does

Talent AI is a recruiting workflow tool for authorized recruitment teams. Recruiters can source professional profiles from recruiter-initiated LinkedIn and Google X-Ray searches, evaluate job fit, request contact enrichment, generate ATS resumes, and synchronize recruiter-reviewed candidate records with configured recruiting systems.

Information we process

To provide these features, Talent AI may process:

• recruiter account information, including work email address and authentication session data;
• candidate professional-profile information made available on recruiter-opened pages, such as name, public profile URL, headline, work history, skills, education, stated location, and profile text;
• candidate contact information returned by an enrichment provider when a recruiter requests enrichment, such as business email address or phone number;
• job descriptions, job-opening identifiers, candidate evaluation results, and recruiter workflow selections; and
• ATS resume files and recruiting notes generated at a recruiter’s request.

How we use information

We use this information only to authenticate authorized users and provide the recruiting workflow requested by the recruiter: candidate sourcing, job-fit evaluation, contact enrichment, ATS-resume generation, and synchronization with the recruiter’s configured systems. Talent AI does not sell personal information and does not use personal information for advertising, creditworthiness, lending, or unrelated profiling.

When information is shared

Information is sent only to the services needed to complete a recruiter-requested action and to the organization’s configured workspace. Depending on the feature used, this may include our hosting, database, and AI service providers; Zoho Recruit for candidate and job-opening synchronization; and Wiza or SignalHire for recruiter-requested contact enrichment. We do not share information with third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

Browser permissions and local storage

The extension uses LinkedIn and Google Search page access only for recruiter-initiated sourcing features, and accesses the Talent AI service to operate the workspace. Chrome local storage holds the signed-in session, selected jobs, in-progress workflow state, and temporary preferences so the recruiter can continue their work. Talent AI does not download or execute remote code in the extension.

Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the recruiting workspace and meet applicable business, legal, or security requirements. Access is limited to authorized users and service providers supporting the requested workflow. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect the information we process.

Your choices

Recruiters can stop using Talent AI at any time, sign out, and request workspace data updates or deletion through their organization’s administrator. Candidate requests should be directed to the recruiting organization that collected the profile information, or to us using the contact details below.
